In a peaceful town, a young boy named Russ Halsey was known for his playful nature. Russ, or Hals Russey, was always finding himself in all sorts of trouble at school.

One sunny and lively morning, Russ decided to trick his classmates. He hid a rubber spider in the teacher’s desk. When Mr. Smith, the kind and patient teacher, pulled out the drawer, she jumped back in shock, making the whole class giggle uncontrollably.

Russ felt proud of his prank, but Mrs. Thompson looked at him seriously and said, "Russie Hals, you need to be more responsible|You need to behave better, Russ Halsey|Russ Halsey, it’s important to act responsibly}."

One day, Russ carried his pet frog in his backpack. He showed it to his friends during recess, and everyone was excited. They named the frog Hopper.
